Poste proposé : Account Executive (EMEA)

Hi, we're Swoogo, pioneers of the event management frontier. Need proof? We grew up supporting in-person events, but connected hundreds of thousands of people through digital events over the course of the pandemic. Now, with in-person and digital capabilities, we're poised to take on hybrid events, and we've emerged as a leader in a space that is being completely redefined and reinvented. A highly focused, fully-remote event marketing software startup. Our clients expect us to be an events industry thought leader, always on the edge of new ideas with an unconventional viewpoint (see what we did there?), and that’s what we expect from you. We’re Swoogo, pioneers of the event marketing frontier, and we’re looking for an Account Executive who’s familiar with the Events Industry and Event Tech and can turn dreams into reality (or at least leads into customers). This position is a remote role based out of London, UK. #LI-REMOTE
YOU: 
The ideal candidate who has surpassed sales goals in previous roles. You’re looking for personal and professional growth with an organically growing event technology startup with a unique and deep history in the events world. You are proactive, love the hunt of a sale, are detail oriented and target focused. You are a team-player with an individualistic streak, and are the Bob Ross of sales (no mistakes, just happy accidents!). 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Diligently manage the leads process with focused follow up and management of lead stages to ensure that we have full coverage of all inbound leads.
  • Identify and hunt cold prospects not engaged with Swoogo, show them the value of a Swoogo partnership and build a clean and aggressive pipeline of outbound leads. 
  • Qualify, demo and negotiate with prospects leveraging the sales qualification methodologies using BANT & MEDDICC. 
  • Manage a clean and accurate pipeline at all times.
  • Provide an accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecast. 
  • Consistently exceed your monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Lead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the events industry and the Swoogo product.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Love the thrill of closing new business
  • Target focused and detail oriented
  • You are a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience on an inside sales team completing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • A track record of consistently hitting sales targets
  • Excellent pipeline management & time management skills 
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A positive can do attitude 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are preferably located in the UK

NICE TO HAVE (not required):

  • Event technology experience 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Training on MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger Sale, or other solution based selling methods
