Our client is a leading global technical advisory organization assisting clients in development of best in class Renewable Energy projects. They are looking for an internationally experienced professional to focus on developing business for advisory services specifically for the Solar Energy projects globally. The role holder can be based anywhere in the EMEA region, but preferably in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities :
- Plan and execute global commercial strategies & campaigns
- Own the global opportunity pipeline within the global PV solar market segment
- Identify leads, develop opportunities and generate business
- Ensure regular customer interaction and key account management at C-level and operational levels
- Execute marketing campaigns including participation in trade shows globally
- Provide leadership, governance and support to PV solar sales teams and key account managers based worldwide.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Possess fundamental understanding of the global PV solar market segment to include clients, competitors, partners, opportunities, business environment, regulations.
- Education in Engineering (master or equivalent)
- Min. of 15 years of experience related to sales & business development
- Recognized solar industry leader & expert with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the PV solar power sector is an absolute must. (ideally with a combination of experience working with developer / owner / operator / supply chain side)
- Outstanding commercial and technical pedigree
- Team player with collaborative attitude
- Customer-centric thinker
- Fluent in English
