Part Sales Service Representative H/F

Your main responsibilities will be to provide to the customers access to the full range of the After-Sales Service. You’ll be also responsible for optimizing marketing opportunities for all products, parts and services offered by the Company. You’ll take care of all after-sales service requests, communicate, report to the customer on any action taken.

Your missions will be :

• Sales of spare parts to Chinese customers
• Build of a good relationship with customers
• Give assistance to machine sales manager to sell machine to customer
• Give assistance to technicians in supplying maintenance service to customer
• Be aware of the machines situation of Chinese Customer
• Help Customers do the parts purchasing plan
• Guide customer buy spare parts from company
• Travel to other countries of Network JA Delmas to cover Chinese customers.

To be able to carry out this missions, you’ll need to :

• Have good experience in maintenance of CAT and SEM machines
• Have experience in selling parts of CAT and SEM
• Have good team spirit and communication skills
• Know at least one foreign language :  English or French.
