Poste proposé : Youth Entrepreneurship Platform Community Manager

Position Summary
The Nestlé Youth Entrepreneurship Platform (YEP) Community Manager is the guardian of the Global Nestlé Youth Entrepreneurship Platform. As part of Nestlé R&D, this role is to ensure that the Nestlé YEP is reaching and activating as many young entrepreneurs as possible. In addition, the Nestlé YEP Community Manager will work closely with the internal and external innovation ecosystems to grow and enhance Nestlé’s innovation initiatives. The successful candidate will also oversee all platform content updates, advertising, and SEO.
A day in the life of a Nestlé YEP Community Manager

  • Create and grow a community of Young Entrepreneurs and turn them into advocates, as well as a network of internal and partners in order to maximize engagement (e.g. Startup ecosystem)
  • Manage and ensure timely content updates of Nestlé YEP to ensure the website is always up to date, working closely with different Nestlé entities 
  • Lead and ensure timely publication of all corporate communications and announcements (i.e. press releases, news, email)
  • Lead the implementation of SEO technical optimizations to ensure excellent organic performance and growth of Nestlé YEP 
  • Analyze and continuously improve the performance of the Nestlé YEP website and campaigns leveraging analytics and UX web tools
Profil recherché pour le poste : Youth Entrepreneurship Platform Community Manager

What will make you successful

  • University degree in Communications or Marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital communications or marketing
  • Professional experience in FMCG industry, digital agency or as an influencer is a plus
  • Operational experience with web CMS 
  • Passion for purpose-driven innovation and related experience is a strong asset.
  • Successful experience in SEO and web analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects with timely delivery and drive
  • Highly organized and structured, high attention to detail, supportive, reliable and team player
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
